Chicken Kebabs

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast, cut in 1 inch chunks

  • 2-3 tsp each of salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, and old bay seasoning

  • optional: 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast instead of parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsps of butter (vegan or grass fed), melted

  • 1 tbsp of honey

  • 1 tsp of fresh garlic, minced

  • Note: If you have a kitchen brush this is helpful for this recipe.

PREPARATION

  1. Place clean chicken in a large bowl, add all seasonings, nutritional yeast, and cap full of olive oil. Stir then hand rub in the seasonings.

  2. Careful place chicken chunks through the skewers.

  3. Grill or air fry until chicken is cook and moist in the middle.

  4. Mix the butter, honey, and fresh garlic in a small bowl.

  5. Brush the honey garlic buttery mix on each cooked chicken skewer.

  6. Sprinkle with dried parsley and enjoy warm!

    Note: Pairs well with grilled zucchini, squash, onions, and mushrooms!
